February is the month of LOVE… Valentine’s Day is celebrated by many… with chocolate covered strawberries, roses, Cupid’s arrows, and that famous Hallmark wish… Let’s talk about love!

Let’s talk about the truth…now! …Because love is in the air!

I remember saying something like this in a recent interview:

Our main relationship is with ourselves.

When we love ourselves completely and unconditionally, we open a channel for giving and receiving love between ourselves and the Divine…Spirit…Source…God.

Got it?… Got it?… Awesome!!!

If someone were to ask me, “What is the most difficult challenge I have ever faced in my life?” I would answer without hesitation.

“Time has passed…To be yourself.”

Being yourself in any situation is often a difficult task that requires effort, courage, and brutal honesty.

But in order to be yourself, you need to know yourself. And to know yourself, you must love yourself.

Some people may dislike describing themselves as narcissistic.
That’s selfish. That there is an element of unreasonableness in admitting the following:
“I’m a great person and I love myself.”

Ask yourself: When you look into .

Mirror, who am I happy with?

look? Do you ever forgive yourself for your imperfections?

To neutralize what’s best in me

Do you accept yourself unconditionally?

Dale Carnegie, bestselling author of How to Win Friends and Influence People, tells the story of a woman named Edith who was sensitive, shy, and overweight as a child. She never went to parties, never had fun, and always felt like this.
She was different and undesirable.

She then married a man several years older. Her in-laws were all sociable, calm, and confident people. However, this did not affect Edith’s shyness. She felt like a failure and feared that if her husband found out the truth, their marriage would end.

So Edith pretended to be cheerful, but deep down, unhappiness was eating away at her. One day, she heard her mother-in-law say the secret to her children’s calmness and happiness: “No matter what happened, I always insisted that my children be themselves.” Almost overnight, Edith changed. she,
Find herself, develop her strengths and accept her without apology
her weakness.

Pursuing authenticity in thought and action is the first step toward maturity in society.
Self-evolution. We feel alienated from others because we don’t show our true selves
My own fear of rejection. The result is internal dissonance. can be connected
Only when all masks are removed do we face our inner selves. embracing wholeness
We must have compassion for ourselves in our existence.

Accepting yourself for not being perfect is an essential part of the human experience. You can extend this to others. This is true compassion.

The American philosopher Emerson makes a valid point in his essay “On.”
Independence: “Everyone has a period of time when they are receiving education.
I come to the conviction that envy is ignorance. Imitation is suicidal.
That you have to accept yourself as your own, for better or for worse. Anyway
The wide universe is full of good things, no nutritious kernels of corn come to him.
But by his labor given to him the plot of land given to him;
to. The power within him is new in nature and known to no one but himself.
what he can and cannot do
He won’t know unless he tries. ”

Ironically, we spend most of our lives with the begging bowl, pleading.
For love from others. We believe that when people love us, we feel good.

But the love I want starts with me. I can only experience true love when I fill myself with love and am willing to give it to others.

The more you give, the more you receive.

Every experience in our lives constitutes a never-ending act of learning. All you need is
Willingness. We all have to learn how to get around and reach the dissonance of the world
In the silence of our souls. To love… to be happy… we must
Learn to be present in every moment.

Don’t put your happiness on hold.
Hey, life is not a rehearsal.
The only time we have is now.

If we work for them, all our materials are
Dreams can be achieved. But if what we want is something more than that, something that will last within us, then we must prioritize love and happiness.

We are willing to invest time and money in pursuit of material gain. but,
We don’t do the same to establish love, happiness, and peace of mind. If so
Each of us can pray to alleviate the pain and suffering of others.
Let’s make important connections with the real us.

In his book, The Seat of the Soul, Gary Zukav urges readers not to pass by.
To judge or criticize someone. If we do so, we too will be judged as follows.
It affects the universe and penalties are given accordingly.

Judgments build walls between people,
create hostility. When negative thoughts invade, repeat the following to stop the flow.
Words to yourself such as love, joy, and harmony. Words weave patterns within us
It’s alive. Expand your vocabulary of words with positive meanings.

Tomorrow really won’t come. All we have is today, maybe just this moment.
minutes. So let’s be grateful for every moment that comes our way.

Most successful people start and end their day with gratitude. of
Universe, God–call it what you will–be generous to us today.

So close your eyes and try to remember all the happy moments you’ve ever had.
And I am deeply grateful for this power. As my feelings of gratitude and gratitude grow,
Live your life to the fullest and you will learn how to truly love yourself
That’s really true.

No one in this universe lives their life without any problems.
However, we meet people who lead dynamic and joyful lives. What makes them different?

Answer: They don’t allow themselves to get stuck little by little.
thing. They respond easily to problems and change what they can.
And we accept those who cannot. In the process, they come closer to the wisdom of discernment.

Modern common sense believes that it is important to pack things every day.
That’s the secret to success. But life isn’t just about getting things.
It’s important to get things done, but also enjoy each step of the process. many
Marital discord arises from the couple’s obsession with ending everything themselves
Record your time and perfect it. On the other hand, if I were to ask myself this question every night,
“Has my life made a little difference to at least one person?”
…And then I hear a resounding “Yes!” The answer is, all the things I couldn’t do that day didn’t matter at all.

Remember…

Self-love forms the basis of your single most important relationship –

It’s about yourself.

Every other relationship is only as strong as its foundation. Loving yourself is more than just advice to improve your self-esteem. It is a prerequisite for truly loving others. The Golden Rule teaches, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

You’ve probably heard this word expressed many times in different ways, thinking it’s about loving others.

But if you look a little closer, you’ll see that at the heart of it is a command: “Love yourself.”

To love yourself is to be in awe of the miracle of your existence. It’s about accepting who you are, the “light” and the “dark,” the “good” and the not-so-good, knowing that the real you is beyond the perceived duality of the physical realm. It’s about being as willing to receive as you are to give, and to do both equally. It’s about knowing your values and limits and respecting them. It’s about teaching others how to treat you by showing how you treat yourself. It’s about being kind to yourself. It’s about taking care of your mind, body, and spirit. All three. It’s about knowing that you have value. Because love is your birthright no matter what, not what you have achieved, what you look like, or what others think of you.

Finally…this month of hearts and cupid’s arrows…ask yourself…

Can I be your Valentine?

And in case no one told you today, I love you… and I believe in your ability to first correct your own reflections… and live your best life!

Dear you!

With love and blessings!
