Before I go to sleep, I will see my face flashing in front of me. I thought they were real ghost faces, but at the time it scared me, but I kept my third eye open and learned to adjust to the spiritual realm.

What does it mean to see a face?
In reality, there is a scientific term for the phenomenon of looking at the face, such as clouds, trees, wall textures, shower curtains, toast. Called pareidolia, it is the result of processing the brain that processes visual information such as random lines, light, colors, and textures. The brain is always trying to understand reality, so it helps you assign meaning to what you see. In the case of Pareidolia, the indistinguishable pattern shapes and textures are mentally consistent with concepts that are as easily understood as faces.
So with this in mind, let’s take a little deeper look at what you look at your face when you meditate or sleep and close your eyes.
Third eye opening
As you develop spiritually, the natural part of this development is opening your see-through view through your third eye. When you feel relaxed, like just before bedtime or during meditation, you will receive and recognize it easily.
Typically, the initial vision of fluoroscopy is color, flash of light, shape, and geometric form. All of this can be quite abstract. 🙂
The third eye opening can occur entirely from the blue. Or it could result from mental and intuitive development, such as a deliberate attempt to open up to a transparent sight. For me, my third eye began to open completely from blue. As mentioned above, it really surprised me, but after a while I finally tried to develop my clairvoyance.
So when you see your face at night… are they ghosts?
I was initially worried that these nighttime faces were ghosts, but you may be wondering about this too, but they are not usually the case. If you keep looking at the exact same face, this could be a spirit with a message for you. But if you are watching the “face show” flash in your mind’s eyes, this is to make your inner thoughts and impressions much more frequently, as you stare at the mirror, as if you are transparent. When this happens, your brain works to assign properties to the ambiguous patterns of light and energy you are receiving, and begins to see a series of faces in the dark.
Furthermore, looking at your face with your eyes closed is the beginning of receiving a vision of future possibilities, the people you will meet, the history you lived in, and the ancestors you are connected to. You may get a glimpse through parallel reality, alternative dimensions, Akashic records, or you may receive spiritual information about the various stages of human experience. You are with everyone and everyone. And once you open spiritually, you begin to adjust and experience this in your own unique way.
As mentioned above, as a result of a spirit visiting you at night, it is rare to see the face… so don’t worry! If you notice that you are responding with fear, know that you can call on God’s white light and ask the archangel Michael for protection.
You can also call the angels to help you open your third eye more fully to get a better understanding of what you are seeing and deciphering the information you receive visually. By focusing on responding to life with love and compassion, spiritually developing and raising the vibration, you will naturally open your third eye.
