We are all more blessed than we can imagine. Sure, some people seem better off than others, but we are all blessed nonetheless. Life itself is a blessing. Even for those who don’t think this way, there is always an opportunity for change. Each of us can make changes in our lives if we wish. Timing doesn’t matter. If we haven’t already made the changes we want by the new year, many of us try to make them by the new year.
Complaining about things you don’t like, even every day, won’t improve the situation. In fact, we look outside ourselves for changes that will supposedly make our lives better because it will probably only add to our misery. We want more money, more friends, and better family relationships. We want to travel more, see the world, swim in the ocean, and climb the highest mountains.
When we are young, we are told to make wish lists. It is said that as you get older, you start writing down your goals. Then, after you’ve passed your prime, I recommend making a bucket list and starting to hope to accomplish at least a few things based on that list. But just
Listing what you want doesn’t make it happen. Change, even simple changes, requires effort and discipline. And the sad truth is that many of us don’t have the discipline to apply the effort necessary to make changes. Change is not easy.
practice thanks
Can practicing gratitude really change your life for the better? No way!

When faced with a choice, positive choices can empower us, while negative choices can destroy us. how do we choose look our life is force we Everything is within us.
As we learn to focus and be grateful, good things multiply and we receive more each day. The habit of gratitude helps us see the good in the bad, see the light shining in the darkness, and recognize our abilities.
It helps us find happiness from within, where happiness exists in the first place.
Change is the only thing that never changes
A very interesting fact is the following: Change is the only thing that never changes. But here comes the “but”. Even simple changes aren’t easy when you find yourself resisting. to that. Many of us simply don’t like change. We want things to stay the way they are, no matter how much we fight. So the first thing we have to ask ourselves is, “How serious are we about making real changes in our lives?” In other words, do we really want to make a difference, or are we just spewing out what we don’t like? True and lasting power requires self-mastery. There’s only one person to control, and that’s yourself.
When we feel it in our hearts, our universe is alive and well. When we know that we are part of something bigger than ourselves, our hearts and minds come together in a harmonious embrace of love. At the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about. When we practice gratitude, we awaken to the awareness that we are at the center of the universe every moment of our lives. Responding to life with gratitude is practicing spirituality. keep it up. Now is the time. There are many blessings. We just need to wake them up.
