Today I thought about it…4 life thoughts!
On time…
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste living another person’s life. Don’t be trapped in a dogma living with the consequences of other people’s thoughts. Don’t let the noise of other people’s opinions drown your own inner voice, and most importantly, you have the courage to follow your mind and intuition.
– Job
One morning I looked in the mirror… as I did every morning… I was happy to look in my eyes and had a great conversation with myself!
As you can see… Looking in my mirror, I can see the love of my life! That’s not what I’m recognized! It’s me first keeping my reflections fixed! That’s what I’m the best version of myself… one day at a time!
On this particular morning… my reflection on me raised a question…
“How old are you and are you really successful?”
That question was probably spurred by celebrating my 67th birthday last month.
Soon, I got a notification over the phone as I was still looking in my mirror.
I looked at my phone to see what the notification was… and at that exact moment I found out that research research had been sent to me that was revealed to be the most successful in all areas of life in the 60s and 70s.
I asked…and I was answered! And… I was so happy to know that my success was just beginning.
So… this is true to me now… at this moment!
For me…for each of us… our truth is our truth.
It exists outside of the desires, opinions and feelings of others.
When we trust ourselves… we respect the truth… Sometimes it may contradict others’ wishes and hopes…even those who care deeply about us.
We cannot guarantee that others will always see things in our way… we acknowledge our feelings… we support our decisions or join us. But we can’t get in our way none of them!
All we can do is say it in a loving, non-traditional way…
“The truth for me now…”… Whatever it might be for you.
“The truth for me now is that I’m too tired to talk to you.”
“What applies to me now is to spend time alone.”
“The truth for me now is that there needs to be less confusion and less drama in my life.”
Today… I encourage you to try this powerful and purposeful method.
When we say it, we tell ourselves what our needs are in this moment. We now clarify what our truth is…though the future may not be true.
Today… I invite you to treat life as if it was ice cream…and enjoy it before it melts!
Become the sauce within you…now!
Have a spectacular and wonderful day…every day!
And…just in case no one tells you today…
I love you and believe in your ability to correct your reflexes first…and live your best life ever! ??
blessing!
