Hey, I’m ask-angels.com and Melanie Beckyler. In this video, I would like to share a powerful yet simple exercise that allows you to release past painful memories and past experiences with you, you and the archangel Michael and the archangel Uriel.

This process is easy to do and guided by Angels, so it’s safe, powerful and can join me right now!

So, now I encourage you to join me in doing this.

All you need to do is close your eyes and take a deep, relaxed breath.

At this point, we are surrounded by guides of light and angels who can most serve, and ask that the Archangel Michael and Archangel Uriel come in and connect to lead this process.

Breathe, relax, and focus your consciousness inside. And at this point, whatever past experiences are vigorously carried to your presence and still affecting you, start to fit in the memory that is currently affecting you.

Now, align with past experiences, situations, relationships, or encounters you still hold energetically at some level – conscious or unconscious.

To match your experience, imagine it playing like a movie through your memory, in the eyes of your mind.

At this point, align with the past emotions associated with this experience.

Anything you feel during your challenge… can be challenging, harsh or painful, but for now (not long), you’ll feel the essence of this challenging experience playing in front of you and know that you are now completely safe and protected by your angels.

Feeling past emotions…

And now, at this point, imagine that memory is floating in front of you, and as it does, imagine it compressed and flat on the postcard. Therefore, your past rewarding experiences are now summarised in a 3×5 postcard that floats before your heart. The power of your past experience has decreased, and the energy around it has decreased.

And now, the Archangel Michael and the Archangel Uriel move forward to support you to let it go. First, the archangel Michael gives you the sword of light. Take it with your right hand and imagine you are cutting through the postcard and cutting it into pieces with a light sword.

And now the archangel Uriel gives you a torch of light. And in the torch, postcards are burned.

This will cut off all the energetic codes to your past experiences, and all the painful emotions and energy you still carry will be illuminated by the fire of God’s transformation, released into light, melted and dissipated into God’s light, and, according to God’s will, in response to the highest and greatest benefits. And that is…

And so… simply to your gratitude…

And the good thing is, this is what you can do over and over again. And I recommend you do, do it again.

Tune and ask about the painful and challenging feelings and experiences of the past that are necessary to release that is tied to your present. Ask it to come for review until you tune to ask, nothing remains.

Doing the release work like this – remembering past experiences can be a bit troubling and uncomfortable, but by purifying them at once, you can create beautiful new beginnings that are not tied to past experiences.

Release them into the light – set the stage for a powerful new beginning, a vibrant future, a higher vibrational life. This is possible for you. The angels are here to help you with their powerful work.
