Emotional sensitis can be too concerned about what others think about them too, stop progress, cause fear, stagnate relationships, or regulate into dense, challenging emotions that advance path progress.
But being extremely sensitive is often perceived as a bad thing, but learning to manage it can turn your sensitivity into a beautiful gift.
Sensitivity is actually a powerful intuitive gift that allows for insight into relationships, the ability to quickly know and understand someone’s intentions, and an accurate guidance system.
Emotional sensitivity can also manage your deeper sensitivity and provide a deeper connection to the realm of the angels and spirit when you learn to change what once made a big challenge or even a curse a powerful, positive, and very frankly incredible gift.
How to manage emotional sensitivity
Ask yourself… what am I really feeling and where is it?
Emotions are just vibrations… yes, they are overwhelming, challenging, and even painful vibrations, but taking a step back and analyzing what is actually happening, you can take away their power and turn even the most challenging feelings into blessings.
So, when you are feeling strong and powerful emotions, do your best to shift to the observer’s perspective.
Note that along with emotions there are sensations, thoughts, or spiritual images that have appeared for you…recognize it and analyze it!
What qualities is the feeling you are experiencing vibrations? Is it bustling, humming, flowing, spiraling like a tornado, trembling the Earth, or erupting from within like a volcano?
You just need to notice the energetic nature of emotions.
So you get scientific and see if you can identify and classify the quality of your emotions. This is actually just a vibration you are adjusting and experiencing.
Where do you feel the emotions in your body?
Is it in your throat? Your abdomen? Is it in the center of your head or does it pulsate in your mind?
Is it staying in one place or is it moving? In which direction are you moving?
Take mental notes or write down what you actually experienced.
For example, you can feel the volcanic mud slowly venting from your throat, flowing counterclockwise throughout your body. It manifests thoughts and causes a mental image of the challenging situation that occurred.
This is, of course, just an example of how emotions feel and how you perceive them…
The point here is to recognize and identify how your emotions vibrate for you.
Next, see if you can change the vibration you are experiencing? Can I change the direction of movement? Can you pull it out in front of you, reverse its direction or slowly speed it up?
Do you neutralize it or release it into an angel or light?

If you notice vibrational properties… pay attention to what emotions your mind puts it into.
For example, if you are feeling sad, what makes you identify emotions as sadness?
Raising your awareness in this way is a very powerful way to claim that your power has been wrapped in emotions and bring your vibration back to a positive state. You can even understand feelings like sadness are truly a violent vibration, and when you stop thinking it is sadness, much of that power is taken away.
Where did you come from?
What is the cause of this feeling in the first place? Is it tied to what someone said, what you saw, or what you thought?
If it appears to come out of nowhere, is it really your feelings? Or are you regulating someone else’s emotions?
Finally… could you let me go? Is that okay? when?
Release your challenging emotions to your angels and into the light.
If there are any actions you need to resolve your feelings, do that. If you need to change your place… take a step back, retreat naturally, respect this for a while in peace and quiet.
Do what you need to shift vibrations, raise awareness and regain balance.
With this type of recognition, sensitivity develops in the most powerful way, supporting other intuitive gifts and providing you with incredible guidance for now.
