Love yourself. Self-love is union with the Divine within you. Love has no judgement or sorrow. Love does not take sides or argue. Enlightenment is the realisation of self-love. Love never dies. Love has no conditions.

The other day I woke up surrounded by unconditional love. I was reminded of my spiritual awakening when I fell in love with everyone and everything. I woke up chanting this sutra:
In the heart is the place where everything meets.
If you want to find me, go there.
The mind, the senses, the soul, eternity, it’s all there.
Are you there?
Enter into the vast bowl of your mind.
Surrender completely.
Listen to the song that always resonates there.
There is a quiet ecstasy there —
And that steady, majestic feeling of resting in the perfect place.
If you know the way
The nature of attention will call you back,
Over and over again, filled with knowledge,
I belong here, this is my home.
