I recently had the opportunity to speak with Lisa about:
- How she went from working in the corporate world to running her own yoga studio over the past 20 years.
- How she dealt with the financial, emotional, and psychological challenges of running a yoga studio.
- The types of energies that 2025 will bring and the practices you can incorporate into your life to cope with them.
- A daily routine to create more health, happiness, and spiritual connection in your life, especially for empaths and highly sensitive people.
- It is the yoga of money, relationships, and business, creating abundance and prosperity while living with integrity.

Use this book in the 12-month process of “The Artist’s Way”, a spiritual path to higher creativity. “The Artist’s Way” It’s a book written by Julia Cameron and the methods outlined in that book are ways to restore your creativity. Lisa and the other facilitators will hold you accountable for running the morning pages and weekly artist dates. Work together to complete the assignments listed in each chapter. It may also include meditation, yoga, or other creative practices. This is the process Lisa worked on before opening Heaven Meets Earth Yoga Studio, and she’s excited to share it with you.
