What is automatic writing?

Automatic writing is a spiritual practice that accesses the flow of wisdom beyond ordinary mental consciousness.

Automatic writing, normally accessed in a trance-like state or in a state of consciousness, was extremely popular within the spiritualist circles of the late 19th century, and believed that it was a way of accessing the supernatural.

Today, autowriting continues to be a popular fortune-telling practice, but psychologists and spiritualists have a variety of beliefs about the origins of content created by autowriting.

Some say what is written in the automated writing process emerges from the unconscious mind, while others say automatic writing channels messages from higher spiritual beings such as spirit guides and angels.

Personally, I believe that autowriting can work in both of these ways. In both cases, accessing only the individual’s unconscious mind has a great advantage, as the unconscious mind is a gateway or access point to the soul and the higher self.

How to learn automatic writing

Auto-writing is a valuable fortune-telling tool for receiving intuitive guidance and insights, and is quite east.

The reason it’s pretty easy to learn to do automatic writing is because you’re sitting down to write and opening up your mind to receive inspiration, ideas and messages.

When you hold a pen in your hand (or sits in front of a keyboard), when you place it on paper, your brain automatically assumes that some kind of information, message, or concept will pass through.

This is a natural process that occurs when you place your pen to write and receive a message from the unconscious mind, or in this way, from a spirit guide or angel.

So, when you hold your pen and write a notebook or writing paper, you are ready to let communication flow from the realm of spirit flow.

Please note that when you make an intensive effort to develop automated writing, you are likely to begin your supportive mental ability to help you receive and interpret guidance from the spiritual or angel-like beings you are connected to. So, don’t be surprised if you write your message automatically, continue to exist, enjoy the connection, feel, hear or see the angels you write automatically.

Yes, you can also channel using automatic writing on your computer, and I do so sometimes… I recommend starting here as I find it easier and more fun to write old fashioned methods automatically with pens and notebooks. But if you’re inevitably inspired to try this on your computer, test it, or try both ways and see what’s best for you.

How to write automatically

When you’re ready to start an automated writing session, start by taking deep breaths while consciously relaxing.

In addition to having a pen and paper, you also need a secure, quiet place to connect without distractions. It doesn’t have to be quiet for this to work…and in fact, playing relaxed ambient music or playing instrumental music in the room can help you relax and open. The key is that a peaceful, calm and calm environment is useful, especially when you are learning.

Next, we highly recommend you to protect God’s Light and call out your Spirit Guide and the Guardian Angel team.

When surrounded by God’s Light, put energy in the ground and gather it in the center, open your chakras, and connect with God’s Light.

Here is a simple little process I use to do exactly that:

• Visualizes the grounding of energy to the Earth.
• Feel the light in the core of the Earth and feel the unity between the Earth and everything.
• Breathe deeply.
• Imagine the light passing through you.
• It lets light flow along the spine and opens the chakra to activate it.
• Use the source to light up directly to being present.
• It feels your oneness with all God’s love and light.

From this place, open it and write it down…

“I now invite my best, best, and most loving angel guides (you can also invite the wisdom and guidance of your soul), and write the most useful messages on my path automatically through me through me.

Now, simply relax, breathe and open your mind, place your pen on paper, let the message pass, receive it from your angels or from your own subconscious…

Be relaxed, open and be able to receive and write messages.

Your pen may seem to start moving on its own, but for the majority of people it is much more likely… you will simply be inspired by thoughts, sentences, or receive a word in your mind. Please write it down.

Write down and keep writing anything that comes into your consciousness. Please don’t judge. Don’t worry about the structure of the sentence. Think of it as just an experimental writing exercise to allow yourself to let go, to write without thinking, to let the sentence flow.

So how do you know if you’re really writing automatically or just creating it?

Like everything about connections with the spirit, automatic writing takes an element of trust and belief that it works. At first, you really don’t know if you’re doing it right or not.

But one thing is for sure, if you sit on an autowrite and think, “This doesn’t work” or “I can’t do this”, you’re right!

But if you believe that your angels will come and learn this (even if it takes a few times), you can have a very positive experience.

The best thing to do is to be dressed in high vibrations, be connected, start writing what comes to mind and keep on moving forward.

Don’t filter yourself. Also, just as you have learned the above, just connect with and write with the guide, and don’t let your mind stop you from connecting with the guide. The more you practice and the more you write, the stronger your connections will be. If the sentence appears to be slow, ask a question. It may help you write down your questions…and keep writing to show the answer.

Don’t keep forcing yourself when the session appears to be coming to an end. Be grateful for your guide, angel, or even more self, and feel your energy return to your body. Feel the seal of your chakras and let your energy ground to the earth again.

The cool thing about auto-writing is that once the session is complete, you can read the message that was conveyed.

For most people, understanding this requires a little practice and remember that commitment and practice is important if you really want to unleash this or other lock of mental abilities. This consistent practice is the most reliable way to open up 30-45 minutes or more of a much longer 30-45 minutes of practice on a more sporadic, irregular foundation, so even if it’s just a few minutes each, commit to the daily writing routine you’re practicing consistently.

Give it time to actually dial in this. It is best to keep all your automated writing in one place (such as a journal).

Don’t worry if you’re not getting very specific or life-changing information or experiencing what you see as the magic of autowriting… writing comfortably, especially at first, is a powerful step to be able to access trance-like flow states through writing.

Even if you are truly writing channeled messages from the spirit automatically, much of what your guide can convey is simple, uplifting and full of love. Your guide may have reason to withhold certain information you want to know… Sometimes we need to learn our lessons firsthand and yes, I asked a question and received the answer that I am not going to know that information at this time.

As with all communication with the spirit, asking better questions will help you get better answers.

Most importantly, enjoy this process. Put on nice music, light candles and make sure your intentions are in the right place to connect only with the best vibration guide of light.

If you’re getting a fear-based, negative or dark message, then they feel like they’re coming from evil spirits… stop! Call the lights and call Archangel Michael for protection and move on to clearing up the vibrations and lifting them up before continuing.
