Create a strong morning routine – my miraculous morning
Today, I want to share with you what you can do to make a huge difference in all areas of your life and in all areas of your life – seriously, in all areas. One thing is to establish a strong morning ritual.
Morning rituals are routines that you experience each morning, take the time for yourself, start the day right and get into an aggressive state.

My spiritual morning routine
For years, my morning rituals began simply by waking up with gratitude. When I first woke up, I consciously chose to start my break with gratitude.
“Thank you for being alive. Thank you for my bed. Thank you for your husband. Thank you for a new day.” Even in a small amount, gratitude is a very powerful way to start the day.
Another thing that is part of my morning ritual is that you should give it a try too.
Meditate first thing in the morning.
To do this, I literally meditate right after brushing my teeth. One morning I sit on the couch, on the floor, breathe with my eyes closed, sleep in the light.
Meditation this morning will help you focus your mind for the day. It helps me reunite with the light of my inner soul and adjust to the energy of my spirit.
Morning meditation helps me to take on challenges that may arise more enjoyable and graceful during the day compared to not meditating the clear, central, present, and the beginning of the morning.
After meditation, I stretch a little and then usually have a bit of a snack, my current favorite is Spoonful of coconut mana.
Next, go outside and walk. This morning’s walk brings me my nature practice and exercise.
If you feel really ambitious when you get home, write some assertions before you get on your computer and do your day’s work.
This is my morning ritual and since I started it, my days have been more enjoyable. I feel more productive, more clear and more focused on what is important to me on the level of my soul, my priorities, what I want to achieve, and what I am showing up.
Your morning ritual doesn’t have to look like me. You don’t need to meditate for 30 minutes every morning like I do. In fact, guided angel meditation is the perfect way to start your morning or you can do yoga. Alternatively, you can meditate for 5 minutes.
The key here is the morning ritual, what you can do for yourself, what you need to do all day long before developing your body, what you should do, what you need, and what you should do all day long before you develop your body, mind, and mind.
Morning rituals are very powerful. It is highly recommended to create and commit morning rituals to empower yourself.

There is no right morning ritual or wrong ritual. The important thing is to create and stick to the morning ritual.
The most successful, grounded, spiritually connected, and enlightened people all have strong morning rituals, so I recommend you start one and watch, beware, beware, beware, and be careful, as you begin to change your life positively.
