Sensation“Perception creates reality.”

You’ve probably heard this quote and I love it because it’s so true!

And then there’s Max Planck’s quote. “When you look at things differently, what you see changes changes.”

For me, these quotes basically mean that looking at life through a negative lens allows you to see everything that’s wrong, ugly, and gloomy in the world, and keep attracting it more to enhance the lens you are looking at the world.

The other side of the coin is that if you are roaming through reality and looking for something beautiful, miraculous gods and inspiring, that is exactly what you find and appear.

Perception colours reality in every way, but we each recognize reality in a different way.

Some people are helpful and empowering, while others continue to repeat lessons and experiences that are not positive and can easily be overcome with a change in perspective.

How we perceive reality is based on several factors, including beliefs, expectations, and past experiences. If you want to change your reality… change your perception!

But how do you change your perception?

Changes in perception begin with an increase in perception.

When you know the judgments you are making, the beliefs you have, and how you perceive the reality around you, you can start to change it.

Do you often notice problems in situations?

Just realizing this will help you make conscious choices to start looking for silver lining, blessings and solutions.

Pay close attention to how you feel and pay attention to why you feel the way you do it. Notice your patterns, thoughts, fears, self-talk, and your response to your triggers and situations.

By raising your awareness and realizing how you recognize and relate to reality, you can realize whether your perceptions support you in creating the life you want to experience or protecting it.

If you don’t recognize your life with a positive, fulfilling, and exciting light… start by controlling your mind!

Mindfulness and presence right now is one of the best ways to better recognize what you are thinking.

If you find yourself in a negative thinking pattern, stop it!

It emits stressful, fear-based, negative thoughts into the light. Imagine you are letting go of it, then watch the negativity blend into the light of God’s existence around you.

Once released, become independent and choose a positive new thinking that matches what you want to create and experience in your life.

In other words, if you’re thinking, “I don’t like me anybody…”, shift your focus to what empowers you.

A great technique for this is to imagine you are drawing a circle around your negative thoughts and then release the thoughts into the light. If you imagine it melts in light, declare the opposite, such as “I’m great, and people naturally like me.”

Another great way to maintain a positive perspective is to empower your habits.
If you are naturally looking for what is wrong around you, start the daily ritual of counting your blessings towards your work and finding ten things you are grateful for each time you brush your teeth.

Habits that help you stay healthy in areas such as exercise, diet, and hydration will help you to be clear, aware and ready in every area of ​​your life.

Finally, if you want to change your perspective, look for reasons to celebrate. Celebrate your success, the steps you have taken, and the achievements of others.

This does not mean you need to think positively or throw a party every time you take a step in the right direction. But congratulate us on taking a small step. Also, be happy when the people around you are clearly showing positive things in your life.
