Ascension in the simplest terms is to change consciousness from one level to another.

In other words, ascension is the process of expanding beliefs that constitute the fundamental level of consciousness until new reality is revealed.

Consciousness is ultimately composed of beliefs, thoughts, actions and choices that form a tapestry of reality. As consciousness expands, rises and changes, reality cannot change accordingly. Ascension is the process of increasing consciousness into a new dimension of experience.

Ascension and spiritual growth

Is there a difference between ascension and spiritual growth? yes!

Ascension is different from spiritual growth. This is to adjust to a spiritual realm beyond the physical body. Ascension is the process of becoming more love and light by choosing to consciously evolve and moving to a higher vibrational dimension.

How will it rise?

Ultimately, we are all one…we are all one with each other and with God. This is the best consciousness…

Ascension is the process of releasing emotional blockages, thoughts and beliefs that limit us to experience the fulfillment of our highest consciousness. By transforming low vibrational expressions such as anger, judgment, guilt, shame, and greed into compassion, we can balance the dense and shadow parts of ourselves.

We learn to understand and respect the roles that help us teach the lessons of duality, including dense emotions, emotions, and even others. This perception neutralizes the power of a crowded person and allows individual basic levels of consciousness to be expanded to new heights.

By clearing what prevents us from realizing the full scope of love, unity and compassion, which is the highest consciousness, we are more present, more conscious, more loving and compassion. When this internal shift occurs, the outer reality also shifts, reflecting and reflecting changes in the inner fundamental consciousness.

By removing blockages, integrating fear, and working with new levels of joy, love, compassion, and unity, a change of consciousness occurs… Ascension occurs.

For us, the mind, body and mind are interrelated, so the change and behavior of one layer affects the other layer.

And since we are all interrelated through our highest consciousness, the changes I have transformed into consciousness affect yours and vice versa.

In this way, the ascension of an individual creates a ripple effect that causes awakening, a change of consciousness and ascension that reaches all.

This is where the conversion effect occurs. As more and more individuals begin to consciously rise and create positive internal shifts that are physically reflected… The ripple effect goes to work, begins to awaken, causing this change of consciousness, which is ascending for all.

Again, ascension is closely linked to fear, limitations and density settlement. This can be done consciously through ascension practices, commitments and focus. But in the end, the Ascension Pass is something you have to choose…

So, exactly “how” do you choose to rise?

How-to Method for Ascension

Ascension as a process works in multidimensional, layers, and scale…

Honestly, there are multiple passes to rise at this time of accelerating the awakening we live in.

Some are simple, some are more advanced…but everything leads to higher consciousness and the ascension of the mind, body and mind.

1. Open your heart and consciously return to the vibration of love. Choose love for every moment.
2. For more than half of your time, lovingly serve and support others, free from judgment, expectations, and ego-based attachment. We respect, serve and salute all life on earth.
3. Increases vibrations, purifies the container, and activates DNA. Most of this remains rooted in the Earth. Go barefoot essentially or get it Earth mats here!
4. Awaken your light body and reconnect with your higher self’s light and vibrations.
5. I’ll meditate.
6. Sets the intention of rising consciousness.
7. Choose Ascension, take steps to raise the vibration, release fear, and connect with the blissful field of unified source consciousness.

But how does Ascension actually work?

The process of ascension in the simplest terms is to choose love over fear at all levels…

It tilts the scale of your personal consciousness to the level of increasing light in the darkness.

This increase in light and love changes the basic level of consciousness within you, and as mentioned above, the effects of this ripple are reflected in all reality, spanning past, present, future and diversification.

This is essentially the mechanism of conscious progression in the ascension process.

1. You make your choice and set your intention to rise.
2. You will become aware of the realm of your consciousness that fears need to be cleared.
3. The lessons will appear in your life as previously held beliefs, and fear energy will become liberated through experience. This can be emotional and can manifest as physical pain energy or trigger external events.
4. You will experience your life lessons in any way and overcome fear in any way it manifests in your mind, body, or mind.
5. Learn lessons, face fear, truly feel the associated low vibrational emotions, and integrate the resulting low vibrational emotions.
6. It integrates lessons brought to you by past fears. You release it and release it in addition to the corresponding vibrations of the dense emotions that have come out to release.
7. This release creates a void that invites light. This increase in light will lead you to experience higher vibrational emotions like love, peace, gratitude, compassion, and joy.
8. You feel and experience an increase in light. This may manifest as a blissful explosion of tingling sensations, the feeling of a blanket of love, the opening of your heart, and the energy of your body, mind, spirit, and divine light that continues much further.
9. You forgive other people who are linked to your past fears and lessons… You feel grateful and compassionate for their role, and honor their parts and your parts in the process.
10. Thanksgiving, love, and compassion create further expansion within your energy.
11. Your body begins to move from carbon-based to crystalline, allowing more light to your presence.
12. Implants, past patterns, and beliefs associated with lessons and fear are balanced and transformed.
13. Much of your DNA will wake up and reorganize with continuous work.
14. The level of light you can hold.
15. You will meet a new level of love, acceptance, balance… honour and accept all roles.
16. A new fear, or lesson will be revealed.

Continue moving through these steps and climb your experiences as if guided by your heart. Your fears are manifested throughout your experience as a life lesson, and you integrate density, release blockages, and harmonize with the increase in light as you continue to rise.
