Sometime while working in a crystal and metaphysical shop, I realized that I was very sensitive to subtle energies. Combining this with the fact that I am completely in love with crystals, I have now adopted some general guidelines for the jewelry I wear. This is basically:

There is one exception when it comes to wearing crystal jewelry above all else. That said, there are some pieces of jewelry that I love. pure metal. Over the years, Miles has purchased several 24K gold items for me. And I can attest that they absolutely have a powerful metaphysical energy and spiritual presence in themselves.

I bought this lapis lazuli necklace for myself when I worked at a crystal shop in Lake Tahoe (sadly it’s no longer there)…but lapis lazuli is still my favorite and is truly a wonderful healing crystal.

One of the things I love most about lapis is that it increases sensitivity to the higher vibrations and higher dimensions of spirit.

It is also excellent for balancing the throat chakra, promoting clear communication, awakening the third eye, and opening receptivity to the higher realms of angels, spirit guides, and ascended masters. Helpful.

It’s also a wonderfully protective stone, so whenever you feel a psychic attack or negative nuisance energy directed at your field, Lapis is the perfect stone to work with.

Indigo mottled weave trio

Is it illegal to list rings, pendants, and earrings? one What is my favorite jewelry item? Honestly, I couldn’t decide which of these three I liked better…but it’s pretty clear (pun intended) I love indigo mottling, so if you haven’t experienced this stone yet, I highly recommend it.

No, we don’t mean that its beautiful black, gray and purple colors will perfectly match your many outfits (Which will it be?) but versatile in that it is incredibly protective, centering, and high vibrational at the same time.

I remember the first time I learned about kyanite. yay It happened a long time ago at one of the New Living Expo shows.

Amethyst is amazing. This is one of the most versatile and popular crystals for spiritual support and growth, and for good reason.
