Ground or ground It’s the process of reconnecting to the Earth. This connection with the earth balances the perception of the present moment between the body, mind and spirit. Grounding is a state where we experience a harmonious connection with Earth energy, our natural state, but sometimes the connection between our body and Earth’s energy is ignored.
With today’s fast paced, busy, and often chaotic lifestyle, almost everyone can benefit from spending their time. With the help of computers, mobile phones, TVs, vehicles, always wearing shoes… in reality, it’s very easy to get unfounded balance out…
I have consistently realized that I need to take a little time to regain my energy, breathe, relax, and regain the ground in the beautiful healing light of the earth.

Simple grounding and centering meditation
Why maintain grounding?
Connecting with the Earth is essential for your physical health and well-being. The energy of the Earth replenishes and nurtures the physical, mental and emotional body. Furthermore, a strong grounded foundation (healthy root chakra) is essential for opening a higher chakra energy centre and experiencing and working with higher vibrational frequencies.
To open up the upper chakra, psychic sense and experience higher realms with angels in a safe and effective way, it is essential that energy first connects to the Earth and lets Earth’s energy flow through the root chakra. One of the best ways to do this is breathing and the ground.
How do you know if grounding is required? The most common signs that are unfounded are a bit drained, unbalanced, or spacey.
Being engrossed in the realm of thought or getting caught up in drama is mostly a sign that you will benefit from spending time on the ground.
Not grounded can lead to some kind of sensation, spaced spaced, overly sensitive or inconvenient contact with reality. It is often the root cause of anxiety, worry, fatigue, depression, lethargy…
In these cases, you can simply take the time to consciously ground or complete the grounding activity to balance your energy with the Earth, which will restore a sense of peace and calm.
Everyone can benefit from grounding, but it is absolutely essential for those who are on the ascension and spiritual path. Grounding is a powerful practice for connecting with higher areas or implementing after performing any kind of energy work.
When dealing with the higher vibrations of the mind, it is natural that you are temporarily not grounded when you float and fly into consciousness and light. It is then strongly encouraged and recommended to receive blessings from connecting with the spiritual realm and reestablishing them based on and reestablishing them on an energetic connection to the Earth.
When you do meditation, channeling, yoga, or other kinds of psychic or healing work, you may feel better at first, but at some point (after) you are already present, at the center, where your energy has not fallen.
This is a clear signal to take some time. And then reconnect with the Earth.
When you are grounded, your root or base chakra is balanced and healthy.
At the most basic level, the energy field works by enhancing the Earth’s energy through the root chakras, sacrum, solar plexus, and heart. Through your crown chakra, universal or divine energy flows from above.
If the flow of energy is blocked (either the root, sacrum, crown, or anywhere in between), you will not be able to access the full beauty and power of healing light available from the Earth.
After you complete a spiritual task, or when you think “I might not be grounded”, or when you notice any signs and symptoms of ineligibility, take a little time to do a simple grounding exercise.
Grounding Visualization
This is a simple and effective meditation that can be used again and again to ground energy and reconnect with the healing and rejuvenation of the earth.
Breathe and feel your energy gather at the center of your existence. Close your eyes and imagine yourself as a tree. It visualizes the roots of light that extend through the Earth to its nucleus.
Feel the light in the core of the Earth, and feel the connection and unity with the Earth.
Once you have fixed your roots on the Earth in this way, your energy will return, bringing Earth’s light and healing energy to your being, refreshing your mind, body and mind. Bring your consciousness in the present moment, allowing you to make the past and future into the past.
Feel the earth and it’s your connection to everything.
When you are spiritually grounded, you calm, exist and know yourself, your environment, and the earth.
You don’t have to spend hours meditating to ground. In fact, there are many activities that you can integrate into your life, and naturally keep you in a grounded and current state.
One of the best is simply walking the earth barefoot. Rubber or plastic shoe shoes block the positive flow of Earth’s energy into your presence, so kick your shoes and connect your feet directly to the Earth…
Scientific research has proven that grounding allows for positive flow of electrons from the Earth, reducing inflammation, improving sleep, balance, benefits the blood, and reducing stress!
In addition to walking the earth without shoes, we present other recommended activities to reconnect with the earth’s energy, connect to the ground, heal the root chakras, and balance the earth’s healing energy with physical, mental and energetic beings.

- Gardening
- Work or play with soil or clay
- I’m going for a walk in nature
- Spend time at the sea
- Sit outside and pay attention to the beauty of nature
- Just spend time in nature
- Breathe deep into the lower abdomen
- Eat grounded food
(Potatoes, carrots, ginger, grapes, mangoes, papaya, olives, sweet potatoes, berries, figs, coconuts, green beans…) - Use ground crystals (hold one in your pocket or meditate the crystal to your hand or person)
