Gratitude is so powerful, and tuning into it is one of the easiest ways to elevate your state of mind and instantly shift your energy towards the blessings in your life…
Through gratitude, we increase our appreciation for the present moment.
So today I’m excited to share with you a short gratitude practice.
In this short gratitude exercise, you’ll harness the power of gratitude with the affirmation, “I am grateful.”
You can repeat the affirmations out loud as you listen, or repeat them silently to yourself after listening, or you can simply relax, breathe and listen to this audio as a guided gratitude meditation.

So, to start off… you might start by saying:
I.
The moment you say, “I am,” you naturally move into the consciousness and awareness of that “I am” presence.
When you say, “I…” It energizes and empowers whatever words follow.
I am grateful.
I am grateful to be alive.
I am grateful for this day
I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for life.
I am grateful for all that I have learned and grown.
I am grateful for the Earth.
I am grateful to be able to see the natural beauty that surrounds me.
I am grateful for trees.
