I’m actually very grateful to be here, it’s cosy and there’s a lively atmosphere here. But this one man was at the table from me and he seemed really miserable. I really relate to him, so I quickly noticed his vibrations… Plus, he keeps coughing and sniffing and seems to be really insane.
In addition to lighting his path a bit, I took this indirect encounter as a reminder to enhance mental protection and boost my immune system and physical health!
How am I doing this?
In fact, some ways. The first is the healing of light and angel energy.
Surrounding yourself with the God’s sphere of light is a simple and easy way to protect you from energy absorption of negativity from others. Ask the angels to surround the healing orbs of divine light and angel energy.
Archangel Michael is also a great ally of mental protection, and the simple request that “Archangel Michael protect me physically and energetically” is sufficient to invoke the support of this powerful archangel who oversees protection.
The second method I use to protect myself energetically is to physically protect myself by boosting my immune system. This is to bring out one of my favorite essential oils.
