To do this, all you need to do is find a comfortable place to sit. Or you can even stand, close your eyes, breathe, and shift focus.

Then say a simple call to summon, or in your mind, to summon your guide, angels, and team of God’s Light.

Something like this: “At this point, I ask that guides and angels of healing, love, light come in. Thank you for surrounding me, for raising my vibrations, protecting me, and helping me bring God’s light to my body, mind and spirit.”

Now, take a deep breath, close your eyes, concentrate your consciousness inside, imagine the brightest light shining above your head.

This is pure source light, divine light, cosmic light, divine light, divine light.

Imagine this sacred sphere of light opened and rinsed your body, mind and spirit, and began to flow over you.

Feel or imagine the crown chakra, the energy center at the top of your head, as the lotus flowers reach out to the sun and soak in the divine light that shines above.

Light flows along the spine and flows into every cell in the body.

Relax, light fills you at all levels, illuminating you perfectly from within.

The Heart Chakra, the energy center in the center of your chest, is becoming more and more illuminated with light, so we’re focusing right now. Focus gently on the chakras of your heart as more and more divine light and being flows comfortably into this space of your mind.

This light of your heart spreads around you, so make sure the light of your heart shines very brightly.

Make yourself radiantly bright in perfect harmony with the light and presence of God that you shine upon you. The light shining brilliantly from within you, and the light and presence of God that surrounds you completely.

Now, breathe and make sure the light flows into every cell. Light flows through every energy center, purifying and rising vibrations, restoring a sparkling, vibrant, luminous self.

Open your heart and see your heart once more fully illuminated, filled and glowed in the light of God.

Look at all your Chakra United with a crystal clear row of divine light. At the same time, light shines around you, so a pillar of light shines brightly within you.

You stand in the sunlight, in and around the light of God.
Breathe and lift the light. Feel the incredible light, the presence of God, the incredible light, the presence of God, that you are one, and now you are the real vibration, the power of your soul, the power of your higher self, the light of God.

Breathing and relaxation pours more and more light into your current moment, making you shine higher, and you shine brighter, and you are more perfectly aligned as a truly spiritual self, as a spiritual self, and as a physical form, open mind, activated chakra, receive the light of God, receive the light, and present here and now. Breathe and enjoy.
