The good news is that there are several ways to eliminate or reduce the EMF around you. And while it’s impossible to eliminate all the sauces at all times, there are some very effective steps you can take… and about it is coming soon!

In the meantime, one of my favorite EMF protective forms comes from crystals.

Crystals are perfect for increasing vibrational energy and purifying your body and home. Some crystals are particularly suitable for neutralizing the effects of EMF, and you can learn about them here.

Worn, put it in your wallet or pocket, place it in your computer or nearby, or place stones at the corners of the crystal to adjust the electromagnetic protection of the crystal to create a crystal grid!

Some of my favorite crystals for EMF protection

Indigo Gabro

Indigo Gabbro is a relatively new mineral and an incredible volcanic rock found in Madagascar. What makes Indigo Gabbro so special, in my opinion, is that it has both the ability to absorb and absorb harmful electromagnetic frequencies (and in fact any harmful energy). In addition to its protective and transforming properties, it is incredibly central, promoting higher spiritual connection and activation. It can be difficult to find locally, but that’s a stone I highly recommend.

I recommend keeping at least a piece by your wifi router…but you might want to sleep it together at your bedside just like me.

Black tourmaline

Tourmaline, especially black tourmaline, is well known to be an incredibly protective stone. This includes mental and physical protection, as well as protection from electromagnetic frequencies.

The great thing about Black Turmarin (sometimes called Black Sirol) is that it doesn’t absorb them, it fights off negativity and harsh frequencies.

Without a doubt, black tourmaline is the perfect crystal to use against harmful electromagnetic fields.

It’s a great stone to place near your wifi router, on your computer, or to wear your home on the grid… really it’s a good stone to just have.

shungite

Shungite also offers extremely strong protection. It creates a kind of energy shield and helps clear all negative frequencies. I actually read somewhere in Russia that military forces lined up shungits on hospital walls and had great success in helping soldiers heal from radiation exposure.

More generally, Shungite removes, removes and eliminates dangerous negativity and energy to creatures. Place pieces near your wi-fi router, put them in your pocket, or, if possible, place them in each corner of your house.

obsidian

Technically it is volcanic glass, but obsidian is very similar to quartz.

It also combines powerful volcanic fire energy and has its extremely absorbing ability. This combination makes it extremely effective in protecting not only from harmful electromagnetic frequencies but also from all harmful energy. Obsidian can act as a black hole of harmful and damaging frequencies, making it a very rpogrammable and an excellent option for EMF protection. It’s not that it’s not self-purification, so you need to periodically cleanse the harmful energy you absorb.

Shallot

This powerful purple stone is perfect for reducing negative vibrations from others. It also protects against harmful frequency of electromagnetic spectrum at astral levels. Charloit is also incredibly soothing, so it’s a great stone to keep above or near you. Consider somehow carrying it to your person during the day (crystal jewelry is the perfect option for this).

Sodalite

Sodalite is famous for its ability to get through the haze of mental confusion, so be sure to match it to your current state of balance and peace. This stone also has protection and grounding quality. It’s great to keep it near your bed on your desk at night or at work.

salt

Yes, the salt is crystal! This includes Himalayan, Celtic, or sea salt. Unfixed salt provides grounding protection. Use salt in the bath to allow trace minerals to penetrate your skin. This creates an immune boost effect, as it calms biochemically. You can also place salt around your home (especially windows and doors) to reduce the negative energy of your home.

Hematite

Place this stone near a smart meter or Wi-Fi router to buffer any EMF that is released. Hematite can also be worn to help in the same way. If you choose to wear it, you will probably notice a great boost in your energy.

As a quick note, there are a lot of fake hematite floating there. Magnetic hematite is artificial and not effective.

Rhodestone, magnetite, pyrite

These stones, along with hematite, are ferromagnetic and mean that they contain iron. Iron is a powerful radiation absorber. Please be aware of these as computers can be very magnetic. And if you don’t know yet… a magnet can rival the death of a laptop.

Amazonite

Amazonite’s subtle vibrations not only protect you from electromagnetic pollution, but also eliminate stress, trauma and bring soothing energy into the space.

Fluorite

Fluorite creates an effective psychic shield around its wearer (or carrier). This includes protection from electromagnetic frequencies and other chaotic energies.

Almost everything I recommend here has a very grounding effect. Each of these crystals has been used for centuries to enhance spiritual growth and cleanse the body. Using them to protect again is victory/win!

Make sure the crystals are frequently energetically purified. That way they can stay recharged and continue to work for you effectively.
