Ask Better Questions!

Ask a better questionWhen working with angels, one thing that comes out consistently is the importance of asking better questions. This is true in terms of questions that you ask to invite angel help into your life. It is true when it comes to making the most of the angel reading.

Taking this idea a step further and “suggesting a better question” is really important in terms of your mental dialogue and the questions you ask yourself every day.

When you ask the angel for help, and when you ask the angels questions, they will answer.

The same applies to your mind. Ask yourself an internal question and you’ll see the answer.

When you ask yourself “bad questions,” you will find, “Why do I feel so bad?” Your mind can easily come up with many many reasons why you can feel so bad (even if you really feel that bad).

As you start to learn challenges, past obstacles, and experiences that made you feel bad, you just start to feel sick and get worse. This can be a very slippery slope.

If you want to start feeling better, start living with more happiness and vitality, or simply make a shift from “funky feelings” or feel unwell, start by asking better questions.

Here are some of my favorite questions to ask myself:

“What should I be grateful for?”

“What do you like about myself?”

“What’s going on in my life?”

“How can I serve?”

“What are the hidden blessings in this situation?”

You will come up with some questions of your own. It will help you find positive things in your mind in your life. They’re there…and when they focus on multiplying!

Ask a question to resolve the problem

On a recent road trip, I listened to Antony Robbins’ seminar on personal power. Now, whether you’re an Anthony Robbins fan or not, he’s shared a valuable list of problem-solving questions.

The really cool thing about this list of questions is that when you start asking yourself these things, you can really overcome the obstacles, problems, or challenges you are facing. These questions will help you assert your powers when you see a positive in a silver lining and challenge.

There is always something positive in every situation, even the most challenging. As you move into a state of gratitude by realizing what’s good in the moment, asking better questions will start to make you feel better. You place yourself to attract yourself more positively and you will be in the right state to overcome any challenges, adversity, or improve your vibrations in the present moment.

Next time you feel a challenge or face road problems or obstacles… try writing down the answers to these questions.

Focus on your challenges and write down the answers to the following questions:

Problem solving questions:

1. What’s great about this?

When you first ask this, you feel challenged, so you may first jump to the response of “Nothing, this situation/challenge/problem is scary!”. If that’s the case, you might want to paraphrase the question and dig a little deeper… you might want to ask, “What’s good about this situation?” Or, “What do external observers think is good about this situation?”

2. What’s not perfect yet?

This question may be a little easier to answer, as it tends to be more easily more likely than what we do, to realize that we don’t like. However, there is some value in adjusting something that is not yet perfect. Because with this perception you can change it! The cool thing about this question is that it means it’s only a matter of time before it returns to perfection… “What’s not perfect?”.

3. What do I want to do to make it the way I want it?

4. Am I trying to do what I have the way I want?

5. What do you need to do to get the job done and enjoy the process?

You already have everything you need to overcome your life challenges. There is what you need to increase vibrations and improve the current situation.

Let’s start by asking better questions!

With love and gratitude,

Melanie
