It is surprising how emotions affect the position of the body. Have you noticed? And do you know that body position affects our emotions?

All emotions, all emotions are related to body movements. They involve releasing certain hormones. And hormones increase this emotions – stress, happiness, sadness, depression, sleepiness… Our motivation and confidence decrease by releasing stress hormones. Our bodies automatically droop their shoulders, our chests are on the inside, our eyes look down. It’s as if we were shorter than grass. And the other way around! If you are very happy, you feel that your energy is flowing and you can’t even sit down. Lower your eyes and close your shoulders and you’ll see how to quickly feel sick! You will be sad and you will have inner disappointment, guilt, inferiority.

What would you do if this actually makes you feel like?

Sit down. Raise your chin, raise your eyes, straighten your back and shoulders, and jump up a few times. Feel your confidence! Feel the way you are much more confident than before! Feel your pulse! Feel your excitement! As if you were foaming!

You just produced the hormone of happiness yourself

If that’s the end of your work day and you’re tired, but you have another hour before you leave and feel that your energy is 10 minus 200 minus, smile!!!

Yes, you read correctly. smile! The body does not recognize the true form from a false smile. A smile means releasing endorphins! happiness! You will receive a large amount of energy automatically! A 30-second smile will cost you. Often, when my kids get bent, sleepy or hungry, they start to get mad. And if it’s getting worse! I make them laugh. I stand on the other side of them and say what they laugh or say directly: “I’ll challenge you! Smile at me and hold you for 30 seconds.” And it works. In half they will become like the other kids.

With my training and personal consultation, I aim to make people laugh every 15 minutes. You know, if you laugh, you raise your energy. So, in the most difficult part of a workout, it’s like drinking a dose of energy. My workouts last 6-8 hours all day. How do you survive if you only use your strength and don’t generate energy? ! Have you ever been to a boring seminar? Two hours later you fall asleep and the purr begins to continue in the hall. Finally, it’s good that you keep a note, as there’s nothing left in your head.

Were you there at all?

That’s why we commented on the topic when we talked about food. We have set our goals! We want to be happy, but we are standing up and bent. We were feeling bad about the candies we ate. How was that chocolate yesterday? Yesterday I saw acne on the bottom of Simonka’s face. There was the typical pigmentation of sugar and gluten. I told her, “You’ve had gluten.” And she immediately said, “Yes, I had a birthday yesterday,” and she began to make excuses herself. Meaning: I believe it’s bad to eat sweets! We are full. We eat sweets right away. We don’t enjoy it. Then there’s guilt. The body is shrinking and carries stress hormones. We try to forget about it. And when someone asks us, we immediately respond to defensive excuses. No need! We ate – we ate. Why do we have to forgive ourselves? On the contrary, if you just eat it… enjoy it!

How can I help myself?

First of all – don’t feel bad about eating sweets! Think about what you’ve eaten before! That’s the problem. It’s not giving you what you need. And the body wants to compensate you for teaching it. It’s better to eat something than nothing.

Stand upright. No matter how tired you are. If you want to shrink, if it’s featured all day on a computer or desk, you won’t lose weight regardless of your diet. It’s like a red light – a threat! You’re bent down – things aren’t okay! shop! shop! shop! Produces more stress hormones! Come on, come on… there’s no time! Winter is coming!

Produces more happiness hormones! smile! Produces more motivational hormones! Celebrate all your victory! how? Set simple goals! In 2 weeks – lose 1 cm from your waist. Applause, scream, rejoice.

And don’t forget whether the hens and eggs will come first! You have both chicken and eggs.

Whether you’re tired and sad or not, you will crouch down…or you will make you sad, that doesn’t matter. You’ll be sad! Does a smile come first, then a laugh, or does it first laugh, then a smile stay?
