9 types of meditation
Integrating meditation practices in any way is one of the most powerful things you can do to advance your path to spiritual awakening. Meditation also works incredible to maintain your health and happiness, a positive mental state and provide insight into why you are truly here.
To be honest, I can say that meditation is one of the biggest differences in helping me change my life. For me, meditation was a direct path, and helped me to awaken a life of lost, depressed, lonely, lonely, unstable, and travel towards love and joy.

Meditation is the tool that has made the biggest difference in developing my intuition and connecting with angels.
Meditation helped me to clarify my purpose in life, which is physically here. It guided my spiritual growth and path of ascension, coinciding with the flames of twins, connected with guidance from the realm of the mind, and fundamentally improved my health. And meditation has benefited my life in more ways than I can count.
But regardless of my positive experience, meditation overwhelms many people.
Most people don’t realize there are many ways to meditate, so they try to go one-way and feel like they can’t do it, and stop getting frustrated and not for them.
They don’t realize there is another way. There may be a kind of meditation that they love, and it will support them on their ever important journey to reorganize in their authentic truth, their true self, and their true home.
Meditation is not religious. It works well in all religions, yes…but meditation is much more. Meditation is focusing on the inside and connecting you as an infinite physical being.
“So how can I meditate?” Many beginner meditators ask this general question.
The truth is, of course, there are many ways to meditate.
There are nine ways to meditate.
Try them out. Practice and reveal which type of meditation is best for you. On any path, meditation can benefit your life, which will help you to align with your soul and your highest purpose.
Meditation is not something you’ve ever done and mastered for the first time. It is called meditation practice for a reason.
1. Contemplation– Most people think that meditation is a lack of thinking. Yes, this is one way of meditating, but using the power of thought to reflect on an idea, word, or thought. Contemplate the deeper meaning of love by gently holding the idea of love in your heart. Fit yourself with adjusting to your sense of love, vibrations of love, and deeper insights into what love really means.
2. Mindfulness – Being fully present in the moment is mindful and yes, it’s a great way to meditate. Instead of judging, observing, or responding, you simply allow yourself to observe. By observing your thoughts, life situations and ideas, you can gain deep insight into your present moment and into your life. Be careful is to be careful, and through this you can calm the mind of your ego, open up you and align with the realm of spirit, and do more.
3. Focus/concentration– Keep your mind calm and focus completely on the task. Focusing fully on what you’re doing is a great way to meditate. You can meditate this way, walking, folding laundry, driving, riding a bike, driving, cooking, even eating. Release the chatter from the pop-up heartfelt, and focus completely on what you are doing in the present moment.
4. Breathing– You breathe every day without thinking. But by inhaling each breath while you really focus on your breath, fully focus on your breath, and fully aware of each breath, you are meditating! To make breathing meditation even more powerful, pause every time you inhale, then exhale and pause again. Inhalation and pause. Exhale and pause. You can also double this, breathe in, then breathe, then breathe, once, and pause once after breath. Controlling your breathing in this way will concentrate, open your mind, and lift your mind.
5. Listen enthusiastically– Simply listening and accepting is a powerful form of meditation. By practicing by quieting your mind and listening using your inner senses, you can receive guidance, insights, frequency, and even healing from your angels, spiritual guides, higher self and spirit.
6. Guided Meditation – Guided meditation is a form of meditation listening that is designed to calm your mind and connect with the realm of spill, and your inner guidance of your soul can combine several types of meditation by listening to guided meditation, and simply by breathing, relaxing and listening, you can earn full benefits.
7. Visualization – Here is another type of meditation. This involves focusing on your interests rather than blocking your mind. Visualization meditation allows you to create positive thoughts and spiritual photos of what you want to see and experiences in your life. This is a powerful way to manifest healing towards yourself, others, and planets, and more perfectly match the light and power of your soul.
8. Mantra – Repeating sounds in your heart, or your mantra, can help you move away from the heart of your ego and move towards a deeper level of awareness and connection to the mind. You can use simple words like love and compassion. You can imagine phrases like “changes you want to see in the world,” “one of mind and soul unity,” and “I love you.” Alternatively, you could simply use sounds like OM, AUM… or other primitive sounds that call your soul. A small variation of mantra meditation is using tools such as a marabead necklace or a rosary. There, you can count the beads and recite the mantra as your finger moves along each bead in the chain.
9. Prayer/Call – Call the white light of God, awaken the angels, and demand the Masters, your Spiritual Leader, and the Higher Self… Christ, Buddha, Mother, God, Goddess, Great Spirit, Guide to Your Spirit, Higher Self, Guardian Angel, or the Holy Spirit. Call the Spiritual Being so that most people resonate with you, then allow yourself to simply breathe, and allow the spirit to receive what it has for you.
It is the key to practicing meditation and experiencing the positive benefits in any form of choice.
