How to integrate light
The integration of higher levels of light and frequency updates occurs at many levels, including the unconscious, subconscious, conscious and superconscious levels.
Especially when you start to lift yourself into a higher level of light, activation at an unconscious level is necessary before conscious integration. And as you go on, there is the activation of the subconscious and superconsciousness that can only be integrated from the sleep state.

This is why!
Light is often the brain wave state of the delta, one of the deepest levels of meditation, and tackling your unconscious (sleeping) mind, one of the slowest brain wave states you experience while sleeping.
It is also possible that you are not sleeping completely during the channeled meditation. Rather, you may have reached a truly deep Theta brain wave, then a deep delta brain wave state meditation.
The brain wave states of delta and deep theta are ideal for receiving healing and integrating mental frequency.

Angel messages and how to keep you waking up during meditation!
1. Meditate on your hungry
Your energy is used for digestion and you are unable to remain conscious during meditation, making it more likely that you will fall asleep when you meditate on a full stomach. Wait a few hours after meals and may help you stay vigilant throughout the channeled angel session.
2. Sit in an upright position
Liezing or reclining for meditation is associated with a sleep state and is more likely to fall asleep.
Try sitting straight in a chair or on the cross on the floor for some of the “meet your guide” meditations and other sessions.
3. Repeat each word spoken aloud or just repeat it in your mind.
When listening to channeling, one thing is to repeat the words spoken in your mind. This is like using a mantra with meditation, helping you stay aware and remember more education while at the same time reaching an incredibly high vibration.
Maintain inner awareness and mentally repeat the words spoken while listening to additional inner guidance.
4. Beware where and when to meditate
A place to meditate can play a major role in your experience. If you are meditating late at night, when you are already sleepy, or lying in bed, your consciousness is associated with sleeping naturally with the experience of relaxation. Another thing you might want to try is to raise your energy before you start by taking an active walk and getting fresh air.
Also, choosing a special chair to meditate will help you stay conscious as there is a stored mindfulness and presence energy for sleep in the bed.
Meditation on sitting outside in nature is another good way to stay more conscious and awake!
