How to apply concealer under the eyes

The best thing about lightweight skin care makeup concealers is that they are very easy to use. Here’s how to most effectively apply a pen concealer like this:

1. prep skin

   Always apply makeup on clean and moisturized skin. Cleanse your skin and apply your usual eye cream or light moisturizer, allowing time to fully absorb before applying makeup.

2. apply concealer

   There’s some debate about the order of makeup and concealer, but since this is a skincare/makeup hybrid, it should be applied under foundation. Click some product into your brush and dot it from the dark inner circle under your eyes outwards. You can also dot it around the edge of your nose or on your cupid’s bow to brighten it up.

3. blend

   Gently apply the product to your skin, working from the inside of your eyes to the outside. Use your middle or ring finger to apply light pressure or gently press the product into the skin without overstretching the delicate skin or lifting the product from the desired area.
