Gift Ideas for the Fragrance Lover

Christmas is almost here! Time feels incredibly fast this month. If you’re still looking for holiday gifts, we’ve got a few more roundups for you.

Information about today’s gift! I think Perfume Discovery Sets are a really fun gift idea for yourself or as a gift. There are quite a few brands that are not directly available, but sets allow you to try out perfumes without blindly buying them. I’ll admit that some of the sets were complete failures in the sense that I didn’t end up liking any of the perfumes or notes, but they were still fun to try. I have several friends with very different perfume tastes, so I can always find someone willing to take on any perfume.

celine I create some of my favorite scents. Currently sold only online celine It may be a little difficult to find as it is also sold at Celine boutiques in the United States. I bought a coffret miniature a year ago that had 10 scents in it and loved trying out the scents. You can check the reviews for each in this post here.

They have since updated this coffret set The lineup includes a total of 12 scents, including Zou Zou (new) and Bois Dormant (10 ml each). The price has also increased from $385 for the 10 mini (older version) to $445 for the 12 mini.

A more affordable option is discovery set contains 11 mini vials of 2 ml each and costs $48. This comes with a spritzer.

Guerlain

This year’s Guerlain Holiday is amazing! They have some beautiful discovery sets that I have I reviewed it in detail here. I think these are some of the best high quality perfumes I have ever tried. These are quite a luxury, but I know some of you are big fans of this perfume line, and I think this set would make the most beautiful luxury gift.

Creed is also a beautiful perfume line and I think the Discovery set is great. I give Andrew one every year and he uses all the scents. Creed comes in sets of 3 ($250 each) and set of 5 ($345 each). There are variations for men and women. As of this post, Nordstrom is offering a discount on the Creed set.

Byredo

Byredo has a huge selection of discovery and travel sets. I love having so many options!

This year they launched an amazing 24-piece Discovery set. La Grande Ducouvert ($250). This set comes with a $225 coupon to use on the Eau de Parfum and has a 6 month redemption period. Each vial is 2 ml.

Byredo also offers some smaller 6 pieces discovery set ($60), these also come with a $60 coupon to use on perfume. Although this has a short redemption period of 4 weeks, I still think it’s a great way to try it out. This year’s set includes:

3 pieces travel set ($174 each) are still widely available at multiple retailers including Nordstrom, Saks, and more. La Selection Boise Super Cedar, Mojave Ghost, and Black Saffron are used, but multiple variations are available in different combinations.

This year, Glossier has added two new scents to its line; Glossier You Discovery Kit ($82) Travel-sized holiday version. As of this post, only a few left sephora.com But it’s sold out more shiny. We’re happy to say that the travel editions (8 ml each) can now be found individually at: a more shiny you, You Rev and You Do $32 each. Glossier is offering 20% ​​off online through 12/15.

Parfum de Marly

Parfum de Marly is a brand that I first discovered this year. What I purchased was feminine discovery set ($50) from the website (comes with a voucher to use towards a full size fragrance). This line is more widely available at retailers like Nordstrom, Saks, and Neiman’s, which also carry them near me, but I really liked having the Discovery set to try them out at my own pace.

I’m a big fan of the Delina line of the most beautiful rose scents, but I’ve never purchased any of Delina’s scents because my heart still belongs to Creed Spring Flowers.

I’m a huge fan of Victoria Beckham Beauty makeup, so when they released their perfume I was very interested. What I ordered was Original Discovery 3 piece set ($30) at launch (this comes with a voucher). Of the three, I liked Portofino 97 the best, with notes of bergamot, amber, and vetiver (all my favorite notes), but I didn’t like it enough to buy the full size. It has a unisex feel, but for me it has a bit more of a masculine side to it.

It has since been updated with new scents. discovery set ($40) also includes the new Reverie, which has notes of vanilla, cedarwood, and plum. I haven’t tried the perfume, but the PR team sent it to me. hand cream collection set ($144) has all four scents in the hand cream and I love Reverie. It has a similar feel to the MFK Baccarat Rouge 540, which I don’t actually wear anymore. I think VBB Reverie is a much better variation. If you like vanilla, I think it’s worth trying at least once.

The hand cream is non-sticky and has a very smooth texture. I think they are really nice. You can also purchase them separately or hand cream tube key ($12) to twist the end of the tube.

harmonist

I discovered The Harmonist line this year and fell in love with Moon Glory and ying Transformation. A truly unique product with extremely long-lasting power. There is discovery set ($85) I’m doing my best. I think it’s a really special line.
