3 step skin cleansing
Step 1: Eyes
If you want to wear mascara every day, the first thing you need to do is remove all traces of eye makeup. I like it lancome bifacil A nice instant eye makeup remover that is perfect for most skin types. Apply to a cotton pad and rub around eyelashes and eyes to remove mascara and liner. After this, wipe with a wet cotton pad and finally remove the last traces with a cotton swab dipped in eye makeup remover.
Step 2: Quick cleansing
After removing your eye makeup, do a quick cleanse with micellar water. I always like it Bioderma SensibioLike Nuxe Very Rose 3-In-1 Soothing Micellar Water because it’s a great choice for almost all skin types. garnier micellar cleansing water. Similar to eye makeup remover, apply it to a clean cotton pad and wipe it all over your skin to remove as much makeup and dirt as possible, repeating as needed. Many people stop here. However, in order to achieve truly beautiful skin, you still need to make a lot of effort.
Step 3: Deep cleansing
This is where you can really make a difference to your skin. Facial massage is something I always do with my clients before applying makeup, and I also do it myself every night before going to bed. Step 3 is to use your favorite cream or oil-based cleanser. I really like Estée Lauder’s Take It Away Makeup Remover. Because it’s lightweight, non-greasy, and suitable for most skin types. Or try Avène Gentle Milk Cleanser. Just like you would apply a moisturizer, rub a small amount between your hands and massage into your skin. Watch the video below to learn the technique here. However, focus on covering all areas of your face. This increases lymphatic drainage, removes dry skin, and reduces stress. Don’t forget to press or pinch pressure points, especially around your jawline. Finally, use a wet cotton pad to remove all excess dirt. You might be surprised to find that the last traces of the day’s makeup and dirt are still here.
